UK DELIVERY
At D'lux Gift Box, we strive to ensure your gift box arrives swiftly and beautifully. Here’s a breakdown of our delivery options:

Processing Time: 1-2 business days to prepare your order for dispatch.

Free Standard Delivery: We use Royal Mail 2nd Class, which typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch. Please note, this service does not include tracking or proof of delivery.

Express Delivery: If you prefer a faster service, we offer Royal Mail 48 Tracked, ensuring delivery within 48 hours of dispatch, complete with tracking information.

Next Day Delivery: For urgent orders, choose Royal Mail Next Day Delivery, and your order will arrive within 24 hours of dispatch. Full tracking is included.
Important: If you wish to track your order or require proof of delivery, you must select either Express Delivery or Next Day Delivery. Royal Mail 2nd Class does not offer these features.
All of our gift boxes are made to order and individually packaged in custom outer boxes for safe shipping. While we make every effort to dispatch as quickly as possible from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), please note that once a parcel is dispatched, delivery times are subject to Royal Mail’s services, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We also ship internationally to select countries:
- Ireland, Europe, Australia, Canada & USA: We use Royal Mail International Tracked, and delivery costs are calculated at checkout. You will receive tracking information for your peace of mind.
ADDRESS LIABILITY
It is crucial that customers double-check the shipping address provided at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered by mistake, customers will be liable for any issues that arise, such as failed deliveries, and may incur additional charges for redelivery.
Please note:
- If the wrong address is provided and the parcel is delivered to that address, we cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of your order.
- If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reach out to arrange redelivery, but this will be at the customer’s expense.
RETURNS POLICY
Since all our boxes are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds on unwanted purchases. However, we’re more than happy to assist with exchanges in cases of damaged goods. Here’s how our returns process works:

We gladly accept returns and cancellations:
- Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
- Dispatch items back within: 28 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

Exchanges: We do not accept product exchanges, but if there are any issues with your order, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to resolve them.
Non-returnable items: Due to the nature of some of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:
- Custom or personalised items
- Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Sale items
Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.
