1-2 business days processing time for dispatch.

Royal Mail 2nd Class for FREE standard delivery (which takes 3-5 business days to arrive after dispatch)

Royal Mail 48 Tracked for Express Delivery (which takes within 48 hours to arrive after dispatch)

Royal Mail Next day delivery for Next day delivery (which takes within 24 hours to arrive after dispatch)

All boxes are made up to order and individually shipped in custom outers.

Note if you want to track your order or proof of delivery you must select EXPRESS DELIVERY or NEXT DAY DELIVERY. As Royal Mail 2nd Class offers no tracking or proof of delivery.

We always endeavour to dispatch as quickly as possible Monday – Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays). Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days. We CANNOT be held responsible for late deliveries once dispatched we are reliant on our appointed courier.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
