When will my gift be dispatched?
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). We understand how important it is for your gift to arrive on time, so we always do our best to get it out the door as quickly as possible.
How long will delivery take?
For UK orders, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days once dispatched. For international orders, it may take 5-11 business days, depending on the destination. If you need your gift sooner, we recommend upgrading to a faster shipping option.
Can I track my order?
Standard UK delivery via Royal Mail is not tracked, but we offer the option to upgrade your shipping if you'd like to track your parcel. Please let us know if you'd prefer this service before placing your order.
Are your products vegan?
While not all of our products are vegan, we do offer a dedicated Vegan Gift Box. If you’d like to customise any other box to be vegan-friendly, simply reach out to us—we’re happy to make adjustments to suit your needs!
What if I provided the wrong shipping address?
Mistakes happen! If you spot an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll update it right away. However, once the package has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Custom and Personalised Orders
We love creating custom boxes! Whether you're looking for a specific theme, occasion, or personal touch, we’re here to help. Send us your ideas or requests, and we’ll collaborate with you to create something unique and memorable.
Gift Receipts and Packing Slips
In our commitment to being eco-friendly, we do not include printed receipts or packing slips with your order. If you need a copy of your receipt, feel free to reach out, and we’ll email it to you.
Missing Package
If your package hasn’t arrived within 3-5 business days (UK) or 5-11 business days (international), first check for any delivery slips left by your courier. Your parcel may have been left with a neighbour or in a safe place. If your address is part of a larger building or apartment complex, check with your reception or management to see where deliveries are typically stored.
In case of a lost package, we must wait for Royal Mail (or USPS for international orders) to complete an investigation before we can replace or refund the order. We’re happy to work with you, but please note we cannot assume responsibility for delays or errors made by the courier.

Address Details & Postage
Most of our parcels are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you'd like a faster or tracked service, we offer upgrades—just let us know before placing your order. It’s important that you provide the correct address details at checkout, as changes can only be made before dispatch.
Returns and Refunds
If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your gift box, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue, whether it’s a replacement or a refund. Please note that personalised items and custom orders are non-refundable, as these are made specifically for you.
Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to the recipient not collecting it from the post office, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping, along with any handling fees. If you decide not to have the parcel re-sent, a partial refund will be issued, excluding shipping costs and handling fees.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll be able to cancel and issue a full refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel the transaction.
How do I request a custom gift box?
We love working on custom orders! Just send us a message with your ideas—whether it’s for a special occasion, a corporate order, or something unique, we’ll collaborate with you to create the perfect box. Customisation options may include product swaps, personal notes, or theme-specific items.
Can I include a personal message with my gift?
Absolutely! During checkout, you can leave a message for us to include in your gift box. We’ll print it on a lovely card, adding a personal touch to your thoughtful gift.
International Shipping
We do ship internationally, but please be aware that delivery times can vary depending on the destination. For international orders, tracking is available upon request. Please contact us if you’d like more information about specific shipping rates or services for your country.
Important Reminder: Address Accuracy
It’s your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, a re-shipping fee will apply. We’ll notify you once the package is returned, and you can decide whether you’d like to have it re-sent or receive a partial refund (shipping fees and processing costs will be deducted).
