When will my gift be dispatched?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business day! Please note, business days are Mondays-Fridays, and non-holiday days. We always do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
Are your products Vegan?
Not all of our products are vegan. We offer a vegan gift box, but if you have your eyes set on a particular gift box, pop us a message and we will happily customise the box to make it vegan friendly.
What if I provided the wrong shipping address?
If you complete your order & then notice that the address details are incorrect, please contact us IMMEDIATELY! Once an order is shipped, we can no longer change the shipping address. Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to a wrong address.
If the address that you provide us is invalid & the package is returned to us, you will need to pay for shipping a second time to have your order shipped to a new address. If you choose to accept a refund instead, please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping & related processing fees that have already been consumed.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We offer beautiful & eco-friendly gift wrapping purchase option upon check out. Your package will have occasion appropriate wrapping paper. WE take extreme care & much joy in wrapping your gifts - we pretend we are giving them to our best friends!! WE just know yours will be delighted.....

Gift receipts and packing slips
In efforts to remain eco-friendly...we view your order(s) electronically. We do NOT print or include a receipt in the package. Please reach out to us if you need a 2nd copy sent to you via email.
If a package has not arrived within 3-5 business days in the UK, and within 5-11 business days internationally, something could be wrong. Please look out for the courier slip through the door, if you missed your parcel or its been dropped at a safe place/ neighbours.
If we’ve shipped to a multi-unit dwelling, ask where packages that are too large to fit in your box are placed. Sometimes that place moves. Ask questions.
We cannot replace the goods until a report is filed, Royal mail or USPS does a full investigation & covers the cost of the loss. We are unable to re-ship products at our expense without resolving lost packages with you & your post office. We will work with you, but we will not assume responsibility for the courier service.
We are so BLESSED to have done corporate orders for the NHS, company employees and care home workers. We will love to take on such a rewarding role to be able to put smile on lots of faces. Please get in touch for corporate orders.
Address Details & Postage
Small and large parcels are sent via Royal Mail by 2nd class post, these are not tracked and signed but if you’d like an upgrade on your postage, please send a DM before ordering so this can be amended.
Items that are sent as a large letter are not tracked but if this is something you’d prefer, please upgrade your postage options.
Customers are responsible for giving the correct address details at checkout, it is at the owners discretion whether changes of addresses can be added after purchase and will only be done so if the item hasn’t already been dispatched. Any requests in change of address should be done so via email.
Descriptions should be read for each listing and any incomplete transactions will be extended on dispatch times until the relevant information has been provided. The customer will receive a message via email (if there hasn’t been a response)
If there is a long period of no response from the customer then a final message will be sent notifying that the order has been refunded and cancelled.
If you or your recipient's gift box was returned back to us, due to parcel not collected from the post office after delivery attempts. Once parcel is returned back to us, buyer will be responsible to cover the full cost of shipping plus handling fee.
NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS: You are responsible for entering the address correctly, if the wrong address is given and it is returned to us, a shipping charge will be incurred to reship the item. Same goes if the item is returned after failure to collect or rearrange delivery, a shipping charge will be incurred to reship the item.
If the item is returned (due to failed delivery or wrong address) and the customer no longer wishes to receive the item, all costs for that order will be deducted and only a partial refund given.
PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the buyer to notify the recipient and also track the recipient's parcel with the tracking link we provided during dispatch.
