These are the current updated last postage dates for Christmas. Don't forget with the strikes and backlogs these dates could change and may not be guaranteed. We usually post 2nd class which comes with our free standard delivery so if you don't want to risk a delay. We will urge you to upgrade shipping to Express Delivery or Next Day Delivery.

What you can do as a customer:

Order your items as early as possible in advance of the strike dates.

• Update to Express Delivery or Next day delivery.

• Check the Royal Mail website for latest updates.

• Be patient and remember this is out of our control.

What we can do as a company:

• Obtain proof of postage in case parcels get lost.

• Post parcels as soon as possible.

• Your right to return eligible items will still be 14 days after you RECEIVE your parcel.
